Daughter monthly sends me flowers from a mail away company – got tulips last week ( coincided with my birthday) – my new favorites. Now if Florida just got cold enough that I could grow them here successfully.
Bulbs like tiger Lilly do well in full sun, but not quite the same. The tulips seem to stretch for the sun.
( I went to Keukenhof gardens in Holland and walked around breathless with awe the entire time.)
