There must be a lack of deer here for these hosts to grow. I have given up on my hostas and everything else I’ve planted because the deer and the groundhogs, opossums, skunks and rabbits eat everything. And that is ok, but I do wish I could have some lovely hostess such as these. 🙂

That’s a shame. Our hosta are more likely to be attacked by slugs or vols.
