Sorry to hear that. WordPress/Jetpack isn’t good at customer support. I do everything through dashboard. The classic one. You add /wp-admin to your site title and you can get in that but I don’t know if that’s what you mean. Good luck. I hope they or someone can help you!
I finally figured out how to contact support at WordPress. They suggested clearing my browser cache and that fixed the problem. I’m back in business. Woo Hoo!!

I have found the Happiness Engineers very helpful except for the one who told me a couple months ago, “Don’t worry; the Classic Editor isn’t going anywhere.”
Last time I had Classic problems, an honest one (or maybe just better informed) told me the Classic was being retired and was not supported any more. WHYYYEEE⁉️😫
I’ve thought about changing platforms, but I’ve paid for the next 18 months.
If you can try out the bocks, the HEs really can help.

I use the classic dashboard, also. I can get in that, but from there can’t access the Reader, Notifications and so on.

Clearing cache regularly, once every 2 months or so, is a good practice

On rare occasions, I’ve encountered similar problems but somehow, automagically, the issue resolves itself.

It’s quite frustrating. Try to use another browser that might help or try to close the app ( if you use that) and reopen it.
