The photograph is extraordinary. The detail is stunning. It looks like an airplane thinking about takeoff (maybe at the airport in Nepal that is the shortest in the world). But invention went the other way around, didn’t it? Human inventors were inspired by the dragonfly.

They were thick at the public garden where I found this one taking a short rest. I think they are really cool!
