Yes, but this particular fence wasn’t very long. Those who wished to mess could easily walk around either end. LikeLike
but most people are too lazy to do that and see the fence as stopping them. besides…it gave some one some work to do at one time. lol i’m just making up stuff to justify the fence, lol LikeLiked by 1 person
