We’ve never had luck plucking them into the ground. So I resort to displaying them in containers next to the front door, up the steps, on the deck. We use rock instead of mulch so perhaps that’s the problem. In any case, we’re due for a landscaping overhaul next year so I will definitely be up for another go at it!

Our neighbors have them in the ground and every fall I am so envious!! They always look so great.
