Within chaos
An
Oasis
Of
Calm
Against
All
Fear
A healing
Balm
From
Heart of darkness
Hear
The
Song
Of
Silence
Penetrating
Loud and
Long
With
Weight of
World
Enter
In
Be
Light
Of foot
Once
Again
Beautifully said and done Sandy

Thanks, Amy.
My husband and I came upon this stand of trees when we were driving about the country one Sunday recently….surrounded by mostly barren fields awaiting spring planting. It was so stunning visually, stuck in the middle of nowhere….yet calming at the same time.

This is lovely Sandy and helpful, and I like the way the opposites counteract in such a way as to temper the turmoil – something we all need right now. The photo captures the feelings well too.
