Lol, I learned on an imperial, then Brother electric when I was at university. I think my first keyboard was strained by the typing method, yes, there’s nothing like pounding.
Desklamp, Schmesklamp. Wait for sunrise. Sometimes, sadly, even THAT won’t do the trick.
