My tulips had a serious failure to thrive this year. We had an unusually bitter prolonged cold and I guess maybe it hurt the bulbs. I can’t wait to see yours!
The cold weather and snow have delayed spring bulbs here. These are at a public garden. I hope to get back there in a week or so to catch them blooming.
They look as if they are ready to break out into a joyous spring dance. An Irish jig perhaps with all that green? Or maybe it’s an aquatic synchronized dance!
LOVE THIS! Best ever!

Thanks so much! All plant life in the state will need to hunker down the next few days, as MORE snow is on the way.

Oh crap! Our weather turned from mildly warm to cold and rainy again, just when I was hoping…it’s not so far fetched we could still have snow argh!

Yes, there are several areas in this public garden with beautiful brick designs.

I can only imagine the rows and rows of tulips that will bloom in the above photo. Definitely worth waiting for.

I’m anxious to check on them in a week or so at the garden. They should be blooming by then.

They are quite appealing in mass plantings. They remind me of marching soldiers or band members in a parade.
