Very true! That’s why I keep reading and discussing with those around me. Humor is the medicine I try to turn to most often and when the issues turn horrific, I’m so grateful my children are here to keep me going!! 💕💕💕~Anne
Yes, and yet we need to know some things, however painful. Or avoid knowing at our peril. As I have spent much of my professional life treating people with severe amnesia, I have seen the unmanageability and suffering it causes!
Been there! 4am is the worst time for me and I have to be careful not to go down the black hole of worrying about things that are happening in the world. I have to discipline myself to say “I will think about this at 9:15 this morning and now I will go back to sleep.”

Yes. With all the bad news each day, it would be nice to ignore it, but that doesn’t resolve anything.
