Great photo and such a true statement! Yesterday I wanted to go on the back deck and Daisy forced her way past me, so we went out there together. She headed for the gap between two posts, so I picked her up and held her so she could see what was happening in the yard. There before us, unaware of our presence, was a fat chipmunk stuffing its cheeks with the chopped apple I’d placed in a dish in front of my Buddha, for him of course! It was all I could do to hold her to me and not lose her, a soft indoor cat, to her wild nature.

The black and white really made the chipmunk the center of attention. I lucked out with the lighting. There were lots of shadows.
